This is a Athlean X review. If you’re looking for the official website, you can get to that here.
Because there are so many scams on the net, I became weary of any fitness program that claims to turn any guy into a ripped guy. The first thought in my mind was: Athlean X scam!
Now, personally, I’ve always kinda been a wimp. Yep, I admit it. And, chances are you may be in a similar postion; otherwise you wouldn’t be interested in this to begin with.
Anyway, after thinking “Athlean X scam” when I first wanted to buy the product, I was quickly put at ease and ended up making a great decision in buying it. Let me explain why now.
First, the ones who cry Athlean X scam are the ones not willing to put in work. Yes, you DO have to be self-motivated for this system to work. You can’t sit on your ass all day and expect to get ripped. Just follow the system, get results. It’s that simple.

Anyway, Jeff Cavaliere’s program is the real deal, but there’s a 100% money-back guarantee for anyone who really feels like they didn’t get their money’s worth. Clickbank takes care of all of the payment processing and guarantees a full refund if you request one within 60 days. It’s the same protection Paypal uses for Ebay shoppers.
With nothing to lose, I purchased the product right away. After a week, I contacted customer support and was surprised that they were very friendly, willing to give your money back and talk to you about questions you may have.
What’s left? Well, I had the tools, now I had to go do it. Thanks to the system, I actually started noticing results at the gym (there is a version you can do at home too). I felt the exercises working, and the mirror and scale showed me the results. Getting motivated becomes easier once you see that you can achieve the body you want in such a short time.
Athlean X was a little expensive, but if you’re like me, I blew that money in a week on pills or miracle supplements that did nothing. It’s a one-time purchase, and within the first 10 days I got my money’s worth. In this crazy economic climate, it trumps buying the ‘latest and greatest’ fitness product every month.
Jeff claims you can get a body like a pro athlete in under 90 days. Personally, it took me about about 105 days, but everyone will vary. A friend who goes to my gym bought the program as well and he told me he got ripped abs in 78 days.
Anyway, Jeff comes off a little strong on his website, but for the most part, he’s on point. His workouts and routines are pretty cut and dry, and it’s a little funny how he pokes fun at the techniques we all hear about from other places that really make no sense at all.

The best thing is you don’t need anything special. The meal plan is simple, the exercises are easy to follow, and there’s no need for supplements. You almost start to wonder why you never thought of this yourself, yet the results are unbelievable. It’s one of those motivational/discipline things, and the way he goes about it couldn’t be much better.
The final results for me doing this for close to 6 months were great. I worked out approximately 3 hours per week with this. I went from about 152 lbs at 5’10” to 168 lbs. My body fat lowered, but I saw noticeable definition in my abs, pecs, and just about everywhere. I feel a lot healthier, I’m stronger and, although the girls aren’t all over me yet, I do have a lot more confidence.
You can see some more before and afters like this on the Athlean X download page.
I’m never going to be a ladies’ man, but what this program gave me was confidence in myself. That confidence gave me the best girlfriend I’ve had in my life, and I never would have had the guts to talk to her previously. It takes a lot more than a nice body to get the girl of your dreams, but without confidence in yourself, you’ll never go far.
Once I landed her, I knew that Jeff Cavaliere’s program was not a scam. What it did for me is stronger, healthier and helped bring me my future wife (marriage date is set for early next year). Thank you Jeff Cavaliere, and I’m sorry I ever thought it was a scam.
